Content Creation

  • Assist the Head of Social with the planning, curation, execution and posting across different social media platforms such as Instagram, Instagram stories, Tiktok, Pinterest, Meta
  • Curate Instagram feed to ensure MESHKI’s grid is premium, highly engaging, showcases diversity in all forms, optimizes trade for different regions and amplifies other marketing activity

  • Work closely with the Head of Social and PR team to execute social requests from initial reach out to a live post in a timely manner

Research & Reporting
  • Conduct analysis by reporting on the social media performance across different platforms

  • Conduct and execute research for industry leading social media initiatives to expand follower growth, engagement rate and boost sales across all social platforms
  • Research logistics for MESHKI’s viral competitions including writing T&Cs, organizing permits, purchasing prizes and more
Admin
  • Assist with community engagement and management across all social platforms in a timely manner
  • Assist with daily liking, commenting, and overall engagement of MESHKI’s tagged customer content
  • Process competition winner information and prizes to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Assist the Head of Social with categorizing and processing social invoices in a timely manner

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Min 2 years of experience in a social media role
  • Bachelor's degree in any marketing or related field
  • Experience in
    • Extremely proficient in photo/video editing for Instagram reels and Tiktoks
    • Strong engaging, social-led copywriting skills for social posts
    • Conceptualising and executing out-of-the-box ideas for collection launches or similar on all social channels
    • Creating content on photoshoots that are aligned with brand aesthetic and optimised for Tiktok and Instagram (video and photo)
    • Curating an aesthetic Instagram feed with a strong brand identity that ladders up to high follower growth, engagement rate and uplift in sales
    • Community management across Instagram and Tiktok that align with brand tone of voice
    • Reporting on social media performance using social media management tools
    • Proven results in creating viral Instagram reels and Tiktoks (1M+ views)

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager to join our amazing People and Culture team. This role will report directly into the Head of People and will play a critical role in shaping the workforce that drives our brand forward. This position involves not only sourcing and acquiring top talent but also developing strategies to retain that talent. You will work closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs, optimise recruitment processes, and enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, coordinating the interview process, to offer.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for all departments across the business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser here at MESHKI, you will work with the team to optimise the profitability of a designated product area, developing as a commercial liaison across all interfaces with the Merchandising, Buying and Design functions within the business alongside training and development of your own team.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analysing historical sales, and current market trends/ factors to effectively forecast profit and sales, optimising profitability, whilst adhering to company KPI’s.
  • Ownership of specific categories, driving monthly, quarterly, seasonally & annual sales & option plans.
  • Managing Category/ Sub Category/ Seasonal WSSI’s.
  • Planning OTB Budget for upcoming months/seasons/years for your categories.
  • Maintain effective control of Open to Buy Management, Intake, Despatch, DC & stock levels, accurate forecasting of markdown spend and terminal stock forecasts.
  • Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
  • Preparation of seasonal buying plans through thorough analysis of historical data and understanding of future trends and activities.
  • Set and agree core KPI’s with the Buyer in terms of sales, stock intake phasing, margin, stock turn, markdown and terminal stock, translating KPI’s into a range of frameworks.
  • Working with the Buyer to develop commercial ranges within this framework, establishing initial stock intake plans and stock covers.
  • Ensures final ranges selected meet the targets outlined, delivering the range jointly with the Buyer.
  • Plan and control the initial product intake phasing.
  • Maximise opportunities and minimise risks of performance by monitoring actual performance versus plan, taking remedial action where necessary.
  • Coaching and development of trainees, assistants and, where applicable, juniors within the team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment in merchandising strategies and execution.
  • Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance.
ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MAA to join our team. The MAA will be responsible for planning and executing the administrative duties for the Merchandising Team, as well as helping develop processes and procedures to streamline the department. PRODUCTION & BUYING ADMIN ASSISTANT

This is an exciting role within MESHKI’s incredible Production Team. Below is a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
  • Administration support of the critical path document that is updated weekly to all suppliers
  • Admin support in approving supplier bulk invoices & photoshoot samples
  • Create a great relationship with the warehouse inbound team, and helping to resolve any issues that occur
  • Assistance within managing our labeling orders & development of them.
  • WFX supplier analysis reporting
  • Assisting the buying team with chasing suppliers and resolving issues
  • Assisting the PR and warehouse team to place the consumer orders, and ensure the order will be shipped on time.
  • Create and update the PR style delivery schedule to PR team  
  • Update HS codes for the logistics & buying team
  • Chasing and recording the certificate for PO’s made from sustainable fabrics rom the suppliers.
  • Working closely with the buying team: PO admin, chasing of deliveries, changing dates, updating cost prices
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers when chasing samples, fabrics, lab dips etc for the team.
  • Use sales reporting to analyse customer trends i.e. likes, dislikes, top sellers etc.
  • Helping within critical path meetings and working closely with the production manager to ensure all dates are updated and new POs sent to suppliers.
  • Provide assistance to the design team i.e. updating range plan, fit slides, sample management in studio, preparation for fit sessions.
  • Support Production Manager when required i.e. liaising with DHL to send out goods to suppliers, checking production emails, barcode checking, sending samples to the Warehouse.
  • Help the buyer ensure other parts of the business (marketing/PR etc) are up to date with what’s going on with new collections and reorders. Managing the company collection overview docs on a weekly basis
  • Raising Purchase orders.
  • Comp shopping.
  • Filing system for fabrics/Lds by collection

  • Outstanding organisational skills
